Two years ago, we launched fully digital business accounts for freelancers, SMEs, start-ups and corporate clients, becoming one of just five institutions currently holding a FinTech licence in Switzerland. Our offering is built on a compliance technology that allows us to serve companies with complex business setups.

As a Front-End Developer, you’ll join a team of skilled developers and collaborate closely with Back-End devs, QA, DevOps and Product management. Together, we design, architect, develop, and test exciting new features for our state-of-the-art payment product.

What You’ll Do:

  • Front-End Development: Contribute to the development process by writing high-quality code and implementing scalable solutions for our user-facing platforms.
  • Performance Optimization: Enhance and optimize the existing codebase to reach peak performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Build and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces using modern design libraries and frameworks.
  • Seamless Responsiveness: Develop fluid layouts that ensure a perfect user experience across all devices and screen sizes.
  • Technical Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate modern best practices into our evolving development lifecycle.
  • High-Performance Delivery: Maintain a healthy balance between polished UI/UX quality, technical debt, and application efficiency.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Front-End Developer: 3+ years of professional experience with a track record of building complex, high-performing web applications.
  • React Specialist: Proficiency in React is essential, though we welcome masters of Vue.js or Angular who have a deep understanding of component-based architecture.
  • State & Data Expert: Extensive experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil) and a strong understanding of caching strategies like React Query or SWR.
  • Performance Focused: Deep expertise in Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and building resilient, high-performing front-end applications.
  • CSS & Design Savvy: Experienced in modern design systems and styling tools like Tailwind, SASS, or MUI to create beautiful, responsive layouts.
  • Quality Driven: Committed to writing robust unit and E2E tests using frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
  • Tooling & CI/CD: Familiar with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and comfortable navigating CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
  • Communicator: Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with cross-platform mobile development is a significant plus.
