Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless check-in/out and high-quality guest service.
  • SOP & Training: Build and enforce basic SOPs to standardize service and upgrade the team's performance. 
  • Issue Resolution: Handle guest relations and resolve complex complaints professionally.
  • Revenue & OTA: Hands-on management of OTA platforms and Channel Manager to optimize room inventory and pricing.
  • Upselling: Drive front-desk upselling initiatives to maximize room and ancillary revenue.
  • Coordination: Partner with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance for smooth, efficient cross-department workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Front Office operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory role (4-star hotel preferred).
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA backend systems; good data sensitivity.
  • Languages: Fluent in Serbian and English (written and spoken).
  • Competencies: Strong leadership, practical problem-solving skills, and high stress tolerance.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts and support frontline operations when required.
