Our Swedish company is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill the positions of: Front Office Receptionist

Terms:

• Minimum IV degree of vocational education
• Good verbal and written communication in English language
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Expressed helpfulness, cooperation and reliability

Job description:

• Management of reception documentation
• Work in reservation systems, regular monitoring of reservations as well as regular opening
• Daily communication with clients via e-mail and provision of all necessary information related to accommodation facilities and additional contents within our offer
• Making and confirming reservations for guests
• Reception of guests (check-in) and check-out (check-out) at the reception nd closing of the system depending on capacity occupancy
