Your Mission

You will support our conversion team in the technical implementation of optimization measures:

• A/B Testing: Programming test scenarios for high-traffic e-commerce shops.
• Web Development: Developing and customizing e-commerce websites and landing pages according to design specifications.
• Consulting: Acting as a technical sparring partner for our analysts during feasibility checks of test scenarios.
• Quality: Translating design templates into clean, high-performance code and conducting QA measures before go-live.
• Stack: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vanilla & Frameworks).

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: You are not a junior, but an experienced developer who can quickly get up to speed with existing codebases.
• Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of HTML(5), CSS(3), and JavaScript. Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or jQuery is a must.
• Testing Tools: Ideally, you have already worked with tools like Kameleoon, Optimizely, AB-Tasty, or VWO (or you can familiarize yourself with new technologies extremely quickly).
• Graphics: A basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop/XD for extracting assets is helpful.
• Language: Excellent German skills (C1) are mandatory for coordinating with our analysts.
