For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Gaming Equipment Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair gaming equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted studio operations;
Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections to maximize equipment reliability and performance;
Support the installation, testing, and setup of new equipment and technical solutions;
Monitor equipment condition, identify issues, and implement effective corrective actions;
Keep accurate maintenance records, inventory data, and technical documentation;
Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to improve equipment efficiency and functionality.

Requirements:

Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
Hands-on experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment or machinery;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently;
Good communication skills in English and Serbian, both written and spoken;
Proficiency in standard computer applications and technical reporting tools;
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
