Shinwon, an established company in the automotive industry, is expanding its General Affairs team. We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Electrical Engineering to monitor systems, schedule services, maintain documentation, and coordinate with Maintenance team, vendors and contractors to keep our facility operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility monitoring: Conduct daily rounds of electrical, HVAC, lighting, heating, and gas systems; report anomalies to supervisors or authorized technicians.
- Vendor & contractor coordination: Schedule repairs, annual servicing, and maintenance with external electricians, gas fitters, and HVAC service providers.
- Records & compliance: Maintain technical asset registers, archive schematics and inspection reports, and track regulatory deadlines and obligations.
- Procurement & inventory: Prepare specs, gather supplier quotations, compare pricing and delivery terms, and monitor stock levels of critical components.
- General administration: Process utility consumption records and supplier invoices; manage correspondence and contracts with utilities, public institutions, and service providers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word),
