We're a fast-growing, founder-led online education company helping entrepreneurs build profitable digital businesses using AI, automation, and smart marketing systems.

We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Expert to help manage our marketing funnels, automations, client accounts, and day-to-day operations.

This is NOT an entry-level Virtual Assistant position.

We need someone who knows GoHighLevel inside and out, is highly organized, and can execute tasks independently without constant supervision.

Ideally, you've previously worked with an online coach, course creator, or information product business and understand how digital product funnels, memberships, and online launches work.

Important Note on AI Use

We embrace and actively use AI tools in our business. Smart technology is part of how we move fast and stay efficient.

That said, we can spot generic AI-written application answers a mile away.

If you plan to simply copy your answers from AI without adding your own thinking, this role is not for you.

We're looking for someone who uses AI wisely—as a tool, not a crutch—and demonstrates sound judgment, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

What You'll Do

1. GoHighLevel Funnels & Automations

• Build, edit, and maintain landing pages and sales funnels inside GoHighLevel.
• Set up forms, workflows, triggers, and automations.
• Manage CRM contacts, pipelines, and customer accounts.
• Set up and troubleshoot GHL subaccounts.
• Test funnels, checkout pages, and automations before launches.
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently.

2. Client Management & Support

• Assist clients with setting up and troubleshooting their GHL funnels.
• Track client progress and update status sheets.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding tasks.
• Send weekly client status updates.
• Ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time.

3. Marketing & Sales Operations

• Set up and maintain checkout pages, upsells, and order bumps in SamCart.
• Assist with email campaigns and automations.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Troubleshoot customer payment, subscription, and access issues.
• Assist with course and membership management inside Kajabi.

4. Administrative & Team Support

• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and customer records.
• Coordinate with our marketing and operations team.
• Provide regular progress updates.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive tasks.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced GoHighLevel experience: You must have hands-on experience building funnels, landing pages, workflows, and automations.
• Strong technical skills: Comfortable troubleshooting issues and learning new software independently.
• Excellent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Detail-oriented: You double-check your work and catch errors before they become problems.
• Proactive problem solver: You take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
• European business hours: Must be available to work during European daytime hours.

Highly Preferred:

• Experience with SamCart, including checkout pages, subscriptions, and payment management.
• Previous experience working for an online coach, course creator, or information product company.
• Familiarity with Kajabi, ManyChat, Make.com, or Zapier.
• Understanding of digital product sales funnels, memberships, and online launches.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
