About Us

ENABL3 DOO is a fast-growing consultancy firm that specializes in digitizing shop-floor processes in the pharmaceutical industry. We are currently seeking ambitious individuals who are either experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) consultants or interested in becoming one. As we expand globally, we are looking for driven candidates to help deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives worldwide.

The Global Project Assurance Consultant (GPAC) is the primary delivery assurance resource. This role owns the project plan, creates the integrated plan that captures all interdependencies and redundancies, and runs the full governance apparatus - from setting up and chairing governance meetings to producing the health checks, risk logs, and status reports that feed into account-level and leadership reporting. The GPAC operates within the Delivering phase of the programme lifecycle, working hand-in-hand with the Team Leading Consultant (TLC) who leads the recipes authoring and technical configuration work.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the project plan. This is the single source of truth for scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables at the site level.
  • Create and maintain the integrated project plan that maps all workstreams, cross-team dependencies, and redundancies into a unified view - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks between Enabl3 delivery, client IT, validation, and any third-party contributors.
  • Set up the governance framework for the project: define meeting cadences (steering committee, weekly status, technical reviews), establish RACI matrices, and create the governance calendar.
  • Chair governance meetings: prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, capture decisions and action items, and distribute minutes with clear owners and deadlines.
  • Produce the governance reports, including: site health check (using Enabl3’s methodology-defined criteria), risk register with mitigation plans and owners, issue log with resolution status, and weekly/bi-weekly status reports.
  • Work directly with the Team Leading Consultant (TLC) on the same site: align the project plan with the technical delivery plan, ensure the TLC has the resources and timeline clarity they need, and jointly manage scope or timeline changes.
  • Maintain all project artefacts: schedules, decision logs, meeting minutes, change request logs, and deliverable trackers.
  • Participate in the 6-week onboarding and training programme. Contribute to evolving training materials based on field experience.
  • Document lessons learned after each major milestone or site completion and contribute to the Enabl3 GPAC knowledge base.

Qualifications and experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO operations, or management consulting - preferably with exposure to global programmes in regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining project plans in MS Project, Monday.com, or equivalent scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of integrated planning: ability to map dependencies across multiple workstreams and identify scheduling conflicts or redundancies.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks: experience setting up and running steering committees, status meetings, and risk review cadences.
  • Familiarity with MES, manufacturing IT, or digital transformation in pharma/life sciences is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to produce clear, executive-ready governance reports.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with distributed international teams.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalents).

Note: As part of our selection process, shortlisted candidates complete an online assessment of logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
