At Zumtobel Group, we are looking for a Global Reward Expert to join our Global HR team based in Nis. You’ll play a key role in shaping competitive reward structures, analyzing workforce data, and supporting global HR projects. Responsibilities

• Lead Global Reward projects, including the global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, design of incentive systems, global training and communication for Global Reward topics and organizational design/grading exercises
• Initiate and manage key global reward processes: Annual merit round, short-and long-term incentive cycles, and salary benchmarking activities
• Develop data-driven HR and Global Reward proposals, leveraging HR and Global Reward data analysis to generate actionable insights, define HR KPIs and develop structural and organizational metrics.
• Drive the communication and understanding of global Reward topics across the organization by researching and translating complex Reward topics into clear insights, presentations, training materials and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with the global HR team, Finance and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of C&B practices across the organization

Skills & Experience

• A degree in Human Resources or a related analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Business, Psychology, Political Science, Mathematics)
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally in Global Reward, HR Controlling, or Reporting
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and SAP or a comparable HRIS; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
• A passion for data and the ability to translate figures into actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - you collaborate effectively with global colleagues and internal customers
