Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run assigned RFQ/eSourcing events: prepare specifications and bid packages, issue RFQs, track responses, perform comparative analyses, and summarize recommendations for approval
• Support supplier identification and development: research potential suppliers, coordinate qualification steps (capability assessments, first article/PPAP readiness), and maintain supplier profiles
• Coordinate supplier audits and readiness reviews with Quality/Operations; log findings and follow through on corrective actions
• Assist negotiations by preparing total cost models (price, logistics, duties, quality costs) and by documenting agreements and deviations
• Partner with BUs and Engineering on tasks assigned; track tasks, risks, and deliverables to meet ramp-up timelines.
• Maintain sourcing pipeline dashboards, event calendars, and KPIs; publish periodic status to stakeholders
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives (VA/VE, alternate materials, consolidation) and quantify savings with finance validation
  Ensure compliance with sourcing policy, ethical standards, and documentation requirements; manage records in SharePoint/SAP/ERP

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, or Commerce/Business
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sourcing/procurement/supplier development within manufacturing or technology sectors
• Exposure to RFQ processes, supplier audits, and sourcing documentation
• Strong analytical skills: Excel-based analysis, cost modeling, and data visualization; PowerPoint for executive-ready summaries
• Working knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP/NAV) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams); experience with eSourcing platforms is preferred
• Effective communication and stakeholder management; ability to coordinate across BUs, Quality, Engineering, and Finance
• Detail orientation, ownership, and ability to manage multiple events to aggressive timelines
• Proficiency in English
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
