Your Role
As Global Supply Chain Planning Architect & Enterprise Program Manager, you will shape how PWO plans, steers and orchestrates its global supply chain across Plan, Source, Make and Deliver.
You will design the global planning and orchestration model, drive enterprise‑wide supply chain excellence and transformation programs, and enable data‑driven, resilient and future‑ready decision making.
SAP (S/4HANA, SAP IBP) serves as the enterprise backbone for this role.
You operate at strategic and program level, working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, Finance and IT – while operational execution remains with local teams.
Your Responsibilities
Global Supply Chain Planning & Excellence
- Design and develop PWO’s global supply chain planning and orchestration framework
- Drive the global Supply Chain Excellence roadmap across Plan, Source, Make and Deliver
- Position S&OP / IBP as management steering and decision‑making frameworks
- Define global standards, KPIs and performance measurement approaches
- Support regions and plants through structured performance reviews and improvement initiatives
Program Management
- Lead global supply chain excellence and digital transformation programs
- Define roadmaps, priorities and dependencies across functions and regions
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives involving Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and IT
- Ensure alignment between strategy, planning concepts and implementation initiatives
SAP‑Based Planning Architecture & Digital Enablement
- Define target planning architectures anchored in SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP
- Translate business planning requirements into clear inputs for SAP and IT initiatives
- Ensure global consistency of planning concepts, data models and decision logic
- Act as business counterpart for SAP‑related supply chain planning topics
Data, Analytics & Orchestration
- Drive global transparency of inventories, capacities, risks and service performance
- Enable the evolution from reporting toward advanced analytics and decision support
- Define control tower and command‑center concepts for supply chain visibility and steering
- Prepare the organization for future supply chain orchestration and automation
Finance Alignment & Working Capital Focus
- Collaborate closely with Finance on topics such as inventory, working capital and supply chain‑driven financial steering
- Ensure alignment between supply chain planning logic and financial targets
Your Profile
Professional Experience
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in global supply chain environments (Plan / Source / Make / Deliver)
- Experience in supply chain excellence, transformation or digitalization initiatives
- Strong understanding of:
- Supply chain planning and orchestration
- S&OP / IBP
- Supply chain analytics and performance management
- Control tower / command center concepts
Technical & Digital Skills
- Solid understanding of SAP‑based supply chain landscapes (SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP)
- Experience working with analytics platforms, KPI frameworks and data‑driven decision support
- Advantageous: exposure to simulation, optimization, AI or digital supply chain concepts
Personal Skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong architectural thinking
- Confident communicator across cultures and organizational levels
- Structured, proactive and able to drive complex topics end‑to‑end
- Comfortable working in global, cross‑functional environments
- Willingness to travel internationally
