Google Ads Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search, display and UAC campaigns targeting international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage search, display, UAC and video campaigns across Google Ads.
• Target and engage international customer segments across various global markets.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, etc…) and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Perform continuous keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
• Analyze complex marketing data using advanced Excel and AI tools to derive actionable insights and performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams across different departments to align digital campaigns with business goals.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, Google Ads features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (specifically focused on paid media / PPC).
• Hands-on working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube).
• Proven experience working with or targeting international customers/markets.
• Above-average Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation, and performance tracking).
• Ability to manage tasks, prioritize workload, and consistently meet deadlines independently.
• A true team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills (daily communication in an international setting).

Desirable / Nice-to-Have:

• A degree from a Scientific, Mathematical, IT, or Economical field (e.g., FON, Economics, ETF, PMF) is considered a strong advantage.
• Active Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications.
• Working experience with Microsoft Ads.
