What you need to possess to join our team:

Experience

• ESSENTIAL - a minimum of 2 years experience in Google Ads Management within a Digital Agency
• ESSENTIAL - must have experience of working on multiple client accounts with a range of client budgets
• ESSENTIAL - must have experience in working on client accounts in the United Kingdom and/or Ireland
• ESSENTIAL - must have experience in working in different types of campaigns - search, shopping & display
• ESSENTIAL - must have up to date Google Certification in Search, Shopping and Display

Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills
• Experience working with popular search marketing tools such as SEM Rush, Moz, Google keyword tool etc.
• A deep understanding of how Google Ads works, how to optimise accounts to ensure best performance
• Works daily within Google Ads interface & Google analytics
• The ability to set up and manage a Google Ads account - able to take complete ownership of the account
• Proficiency in auditing existing Google Ads accounts
• Skilled in keyword research 
• Able to write engaging ad content for search campaigns
• Ability to work hands-on, on a number of Google Ads accounts on an ongoing basis
• Proficiency in analysis and reporting of Google Ads accounts performance
• A strong knowledge of conversion tracking
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
• Ability to work on own and within a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail essential
