Project: Reconstruction of the Former Franz Josef Bridge in Novi Sad

Requirements:

• The candidate must hold a degree in Civil Engineering and relevant engineering license (410) and have at least 10 years of experience in bridge construction management.
• Proficiency in design drawing review, construction management, construction organization, IPC review, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills. Candidates with experience in organizing, supervising, and leading teams of engineers and assistant engineers to successfully complete project delivery will be given preference.
• Experience in the construction technology, construction management, and organization of: river-crossing bridges; long-span steel bridges; and cast-in-place concrete girder bridges constructed using scaffolding.
• The candidate must be familiar with the civil engineering design standards and procedures applicable in Serbia and Europe.
• The candidate must be familiar with the management procedures and processes for all stages of construction projects in Serbia, possess the ability to communicate and coordinate with relevant government authorities and supervising engineers, and be capable of independently preparing and submitting the required management and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in both English and Serbian, with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare documentation in both languages.
• The candidate must comply with the company's management policies and be willing to accept assignment to other work locations as required by the company.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other engineering and technical software applications.
• Capable of engineering drafting, design drawing review, preparation of construction organization plans, preparation of construction schedules, and providing on-site technical guidance.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to communicate effectively with subcontractors, government authorities, project owners, and financing institution
