Graphic Designer (web design)

We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in support of our partner company – Online Marketing for Doctors. Our partner is a full-service digital marketing agency focused exclusively on connecting patients around the world with the best medical and healthcare providers in their fields.

As a Graphic Designer, you will create and optimize visual assets for custom websites, landing pages, and marketing materials across various platforms (including social media and Google). You will collaborate closely with web developers, content writers, and account managers to complete projects, enhance user experience, and provide design updates as needed.

Responsibilities:

Create Visual Assets for Various Platforms

• Design graphics for websites, social media, and other marketing materials
• Ensure that all designs align with OMD’s brand guidelines and core qualities

Collaborate with the Writing Team

• Work closely with content writers to create visual elements that complement and enhance written content

Search for and Use Stock Imagery

• Browse through stock image websites to find suitable images that can be used in various content pieces
• Ensure that all stock images used align with OMD’s brand guidelines and have appropriate licenses

Maintain Filing Systems for Content

• Assist the Content Manager in keeping a well-organised filing system for all saved, purchased, or created content
• Ensure that files are easily accessible and categorised for future use

Utilise AI to Supplement Design Work

• Leverage AI tools for tasks and supplement and enhance the design process

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
• Experience with basic Figma or other UI layout tools
• Knowledge of image optimisation for web (PNG/JPG/SVG) and stock image sourcing/licensing
• Basic understanding of WordPress image and layout requirements
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to use AI tools to support design tasks
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
