Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, growth-oriented, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join Mehiläinen Group’s Creative Studio team. Based in Belgrade, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects supporting multiple European markets and brands within the Group, collaborating with international colleagues in an English-speaking environment.

The role combines creative design, brand development, digital and print production, animation, and internal visual communications, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful healthcare marketing and communication initiatives across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of marketing materials for print and digital channels
• Create visual assets for campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and other communication materials
• Produce and edit animation and motion graphics projects
• Develop and maintain templates for presentations, documents, and internal communication materials
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Collaborate closely with marketing specialists, designers, and stakeholders from different European operating countries
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions that strengthen brand visibility and communication effectiveness
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Acrobat
• An open and curious mindset towards AI tools
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word
• Experience in motion graphics and animation is considered a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of visual identity systems, branding, and design principles
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills
• Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in both English and Serbian
• Knowledge of additional European languages, particularly Nordic or Baltic languages, is considered an advantage
