YOUR JOB
Do you enjoy making things happen, bringing structure to different tasks and finding practical solutions?
We are looking for a hands-on Junior Manager to help us build and develop the Group Business Services function for our international organization.
The role combines operational responsibility with the opportunity to gradually take ownership of an increasingly broad range of Group Services. Travel Management will be a central element of the position from day one, but it is only one aspect. Other areas, such as Fleet Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Group Events, are also core responsibilities and will develop alongside the position.
You will work closely with management, employees and external service providers across Austria, Serbia, London and Ireland, ensuring that everyday business services run efficiently and professionally.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and organizing group-wide business travel, including flights, hotels, rental cars, transfers and short-notice changes
- Acting as a central contact for employees and management and ensuring a reliable, service-oriented travel experience
- Managing and developing relationships with travel agencies and other service providers
- Coordinating suppliers, obtaining and comparing offers and supporting procurement activities
- Supporting Fleet Management, including vehicle orders, deliveries, returns, contracts and related administration
- Supporting the organization of Group meetings, workshops and events
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings, standardization and process improvements
- Developing and implementing efficient Group-wide processes, standards and guidelines
- Creating transparency around costs, services and activities across the different areas
- Taking ownership of projects and gradually building up responsibility for additional Business Services activities
YOUR DEVELOPMENT
This is not a role designed to remain a purely operational position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the function.
As the Group Business Services area develops, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for its structure, processes, service providers and day-to-day management. The medium-term perspective is to grow into a managerial role with responsibility for the Group Business Services function.
YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, hands-on and enjoy taking ownership. You like bringing order to complex or changing situations, coordinating different stakeholders and improving the way things are done.
- Commercial education or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in Travel Management, Business Services, Procurement, Operations, Administration or a similar field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
- A service-minded approach and confidence in dealing with management, employees and external providers
- Good understanding of costs, efficiency and process optimization
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Enjoyment of building processes and structures from the ground up
- Confident use of MS Office and digital tools
- Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage
Most importantly, you are motivated to take responsibility, learn quickly and grow into a broader management role.
YOUR BENEFITS
- Independent and self-directed work in an international scale-up
- Real opportunity to build and shape a new Group Business Services function
- Clear development perspective towards a future management role
- Flexible part-time or full-time employment, from 20 hours per week
- Flexible working hours and the option to work from home
- Flat hierarchies and a family-friendly, appreciative working environment
- Long-term employment in a stable company
- Attractive benefits and additional social benefits
- Internal and external training opportunities
- Convenient and easy access to the workplace thanks to its central location
Please understand that, unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of your travel to the interview.
