Group Product Manager for Cetin International

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Management:

• Defining and developing new telecommunications products or services (e.g., Private 5G Networks, Internet packages, IoT solutions, cloud services, SD-WAN...)
• Managing the product lifecycle from conception through development, market launch, and potential discontinuation
• Collaborating with technical teams (e.g., developers, engineers) to ensure technical feasibility.

Market and Customer Analysis:

• Monitoring trends in the telecommunications industry, competition, and technological innovations (e.g., 5G private networks, eSIM, SD-WAN)
• Gathering and analyzing feedback from customers and sales teams to identify needs and opportunities
• Conducting market analyses and creating strategies to target specific customer segments

Strategic Planning:

• Developing product strategies and plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives
• Setting pricing policies and business models (e.g., subscriptions, service bundles)
• Collaborating on marketing campaigns and sales support.

Communication and Coordination:

• Close collaboration with various departments, such as marketing, sales, technical support, legal, and finance
• Communicating with suppliers, partners, or third parties (e.g., device manufacturers, software providers)
• Presenting product plans and results to company leadership

Budget and Performance Management:

• Monitoring the financial performance of products (e.g., profitability, ROI)
• Managing budgets for product development and promotion
• Evaluating product success based on KPIs (e.g., number of customers, revenue, churn rate). 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• University degree in management, marketing, IT, telecommunications, or a related field
• Experience in product management, ideally in telecommunications or technology. Knowledge of Telco products (e.g., mobile networks, broadband, IPTV) is an advantage
• Basic understanding of telecommunications technologies and infrastructure (e.g., 4G/5G, optical networks, cloud)
• Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interact with various teams, present ideas, and negotiate with partners
• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
• Fluent English required
