We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team and deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Check-in: Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue and activate room keys.
• Payments: Process all types of payments, including cash, checks, debit, and credit cards.
• Guest Check-out: Handle all departures, including late check-outs and disputed charges.
• Guest Communication: Respond to all guest calls, messages, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordination with Housekeeping: Monitor room readiness in collaboration with the Housekeeping department.
• Guest Information: Provide guidance and information about the property, services, and local attractions.
• Reporting: Maintain daily reports on arrivals and departures, identify special requests, and ensure accuracy of all records

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
• Language Preference: Serbian and English Fluent
• Related Work Experience: Previous experience in the same or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with Opera PMS is desirable but not mandatory
