As a Guest Relations Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming, guiding and assisting visitors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience within an international pavilion environment.

Description

• Welcoming and assisting pavilion visitors
• Providing information and directions regarding pavilion activities and facilities
• Supporting visitor flow in accordance with established procedures
• Ensuring a positive visitor experience through a professional and friendly approach
• Providing support and guidance to visitors when required
• Demonstrating cultural awareness and maintaining a respectful approach in all interactions
• Supporting day-to-day operational and logistical activities within the pavilion
• Cooperating closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Conversational level of English
