Job Description:

• College or university degree with economic / finance direction 
• 5 years of professional experience in accounting and finance coordination of small/medium-sized companies or group branches
• Experience within production company is highly desirable
• Certificate of the Serbian Association of Accountants and Auditors or Chamber of Authorized Auditors of Serbia is welcome 
• Experience in SAP or other ERP is mandatory
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
• Upper intermediate knowledge of English or German
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive person

Requirements:

• Responsible for financial accounting, planning, budgeting, reporting and the preparation of financial statements under Serbian law
• Reconciliation of monthly and annual financial statements to Austrian GAAP (UGB) in accordance with the Group Accounting Manual
• Ensuring timely taxes calculation and submission (VAT, withholding tax, corporation tax, tax returns and transfer price studies, as well as cooperation with auditing and the tax office)
• Handling of subsidies and customs issues
• Responsible for regulatory reporting and mandatory statistics
• Managing and execution of the structures and processes - for reporting, forecasts and intra-group communication on commercial topics.
• Responsibility for representing company in audits and final report submission 
• Cooperation with banks, tax authorities and other institutions 
• Active follow up on relevant accounting legislation 
• Report to Managing Director
