About Adrian Magnus & Qualix
Qualix DOO Beograd is the operational company behind Adrian Magnus, a fast-growing premium cigar brand building an international presence across the United States and European Union.
As we continue to scale internationally, we are looking for more than a sales manager — we are looking for a hands-on commercial leader who can build structure, drive accountability, and turn sales operations into a high-performance growth engine.
Working directly with the CEO and COO, the Head of International B2B Sales will own the full sales cycle: from outbound strategy and distributor acquisition to team coaching, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong international B2B sales experience with operational discipline, team leadership, and the ability to execute in a fast-moving environment.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account development.
- Sales Process Architecture: Build and continuously improve CRM workflows, outreach cadences, sales scripts, reporting structures, and conversion processes.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow both online and field-based B2B sales teams. Set clear KPIs and performance expectations, conduct coaching sessions, monitor results, and drive accountability across the team.
- International Sales Leadership: With your team, lead the company’s international B2B sales expansion across the US and EU markets. Drive distributor acquisition strategy, oversee outbound sales performance, strengthen commercial partnerships, and ensure consistent revenue growth across key international territories.
- Strategic Partnership with Top Leadership: Work directly with the CEO and COO on market expansion strategy, commercial priorities, revenue forecasting, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Pipeline & KPI Management: Own sales reporting and forecasting. Track pipeline health, conversion metrics, quota attainment, and performance trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Distributor & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with distributors and strategic B2B partners to support international growth.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Strong experience in international sales environments (minimum EU markets)
- Experience managing and growing sales teams
- Hands-on experience setting, tracking, and reporting KPIs
- Strong CRM and pipeline management experience
- Experience leading outbound sales operations
- Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Belgrade within a hybrid structure
Strong Advantages
You will have a strong advantage if you also have:
- US market sales experience
- Experience leading field sales teams
- Experience working with distributors or wholesale networks
- Experience selling physical products, premium goods, luxury products, or tobacco-related products
- Experience with sales forecasting and revenue planning
- Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
- Knowledge of Spanish (strong advantage) or German
- Experience building sales processes and teams from scratch
This role is likely not the right fit if you have only sold software, if your international experience is limited to the Balkans, if you have never opened a new market from scratch, or if you have never managed a direct sales team.
