For one of our clients – we are looking for – Head of Studio Operations (iGaming).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and daily operations of the Serbian studio, ensuring efficiency and high performance;
• Build, motivate, and develop a strong local team together with HR and senior leadership;
• Drive operational strategies aligned with company goals and business growth;
• Optimize workflows, staffing, and resources to support smooth operations;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and operational best practices;
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement effective operational solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management and team leadership, ideally within iGaming or a similar industry;
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Serbian;
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Experience managing operations, processes, budgets, and performance targets;
• Adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
