How you create impact
You will be part of a unique and highly collaborative team, working in a dynamic environment and supporting sensitive, high-value healthcare shipments with strict temperature requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for: Monitoring healthcare shipments 24/7 to ensure full visibility and control throughout the transport process; Ensuring transit time commitments are met and shipments are handled in line with all operational and product requirements; Proactively managing shipments and intervening in case of deviations to guarantee safe and compliant delivery; Providing timely and accurate information to KN stations and clients, and escalating any irregularities when needed; Tracking key milestones and monitoring shipment conditions (temperature, humidity, light, etc.) from pick-up to final delivery

What we would like you to bring
- High level of attention to detail, combined with strong organizational and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven approach
- Experience with logistics systems and processes, as well as exposure to road and/or healthcare logistics, is considered an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Professional working proficiency in English
