At Primea we are building the future of primary health care for the SEE region, with a radically new, comprehensive, and technology-first approach. We aim to build long-lasting, personal relationships with all of our patients, whilst delivering a stellar, frictionless experience. We have just opened our first location in Belgrade and are therefore looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Healthcare Sales Representative (B2B), (part-time, Belgrade)

Is to support the growth and visibility through B2B sales activities, partnerships, and field engagement. The role focuses on developing relationships with various companies and other potential partners. It is a highly operational and field-oriented role requiring strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to build relationships with corporate partners.

The position is hybrid, mostly in the field with visits to the office when necessary.

Your responsibilities include

  • Identify and approach potential B2B partners and corporate clients 
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, presentations, and networking activities 
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR departments, insurance providers, embassies, and business communities
  • Present healthcare services, packages, preventive programs, and collaboration models 
  • Support lead generation and business development activities 
  • Coordinate and follow up on partnership opportunities and sales pipeline 
  • Represent the clinic at events, conferences, and networking activities 
  • Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns, promotional activities, and outreach initiatives
  • Gather market insights
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, contacts, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems
  • Contribute to achieving commercial and partnership targets

You bring

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field 
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer relations, or field operations 
  • Previous experience in healthcare is a plus 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities 
  • Proactive, organized, and self-driven approach 
  • Comfortable with field work and external meetings 
  • Fluent in Serbian and English — proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage
  • Drivers licence B category, active driver (fuel allowance)
