For one of our international clients, we're expanding our Healthcare Scheduling team and are looking for Scheduling Specialists to join our back-office operations team. In this role, you'll coordinate medical appointments and referrals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where your attention to detail, organization, and communication skills directly shape positive outcomes for patients.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients using our healthcare coordination services, helping identify required medical exams, doctors, and referrals
• Conduct structured medical interviews to build a complete picture of each patient's health needs
• Manage patient cases end-to-end, ensuring every step is completed accurately and on time
• Liaise with medical facilities, insurance providers, and other partners to gather and verify information
• Track missing medical reports and referrals, following up to ensure timely delivery
• As you gain experience, take on full responsibility for scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care

What We're Looking For

• Proficient English (C1/C2)
• Experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, or another service-oriented role is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly, clearly, and with empathy
• Comfort managing time-sensitive cases with a high level of responsibility and precision
• Spanish language skills are a plus
