Purpose

As a Healthcare System Partner at Roche, you will represent Roche locally and foster trusted partnerships with key system-level healthcare stakeholders. You will co-create and implement solutions that address evolving healthcare needs, indirectly improving outcomes for thousands of patients. Accountable for shaping the healthcare system, you will drive faster, more sustainable, and patient-centered improvements, bringing strategic insight and innovation to the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Systems Partner, you will: 

• Partner with key system-level healthcare stakeholders to drive system innovation and create sustainable value for patients, the healthcare system, and society
• Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between external stakeholders and Roche, building strong, long-term relationships
• Identify, map, and actively manage ecosystem stakeholders while contributing to ecosystem planning and execution
• Bring external insights into Roche to help shape strategy, while sharing Roche’s expertise, science, and knowledge across the ecosystem
• Translate stakeholder and community needs into actionable internal priorities, securing resources and driving solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications

• You have a university degree in medical field (preferably Medicine and Pharmacy);
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry;
• You have deep understanding of healthcare systems, stakeholders, processes, and governance
• You have strong stakeholder engagement, partnership, and account management capabilities
• You have enterprise mindset with the ability to think beyond boundaries and act for the broader Roche network;
• You have the ability to shape and embed strategies that accelerate patient access and system value
• You have entrepreneurial and growth mindset and you are comfortable with experimentation, learning agility, and continuous knowledge sharing
• You are self-directed and proactive, with a collaborative and altruistic approach to teamwork;
• You have good communication skills
• You write and speak English fluently
• You are open-minded, visionary, impact-driven and dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development
