Superior Towing USA is seeking a motivated Heavy Duty Towing Sales Representative to join our Serbia-based team. This role focuses on cold calling trucking companies, fleet operators, and logistics providers to generate new business opportunities, schedule meetings, and secure contracted towing agreements throughout Illinois, Texas, and Florida.
Responsibilities:
-Make outbound cold calls to trucking and transportation companies.
-Identify and engage fleet managers, safety directors, and decision-makers.
-Present Superior Towing's heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside services.
-Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Operations/Sales Leader.
-Generate leads, send proposals, and assist with securing service agreements.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities in the CRM.
-Meet weekly and monthly activity and appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
-Strong English communication skills.
-Previous sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
-Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
-Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
