HR Administrator

Location: Belgrade

Contract type: 6 months fixed term contract with possibility of extension

Here are the qualifications you need for the position:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, Business Administration, Law, or related field

Work experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations, preferably in multinational corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Serbian labor legislation and HR administration processes
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and MS Office tools

Languages: English language required

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Job purpose: provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and accurate employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle. The role supports compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR standards while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Reporting to: HR Operations & Rewards Manager

What should be your task?

HR Administration & Employee Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare employment contracts, annexes, confirmations, and other HR-related documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Coordinate employee documentation in line with legal and internal requirements
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving HR documents
  • CROSO application

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Collect and prepare payroll input data in cooperation with payroll providers/internal payroll teams
  • Track employee absences, vacation balances, sick leaves, and other time-related records
  • Support administration of employee benefits and related documentation
  • Prepare documentation for long medical leaves
  • Assist employees with HR administrative inquiries

HR Operations

  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal processes
  • Support HR reporting and preparation of regular HR metrics
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal audit requirements
  • Cooperate with external institutions and vendors when needed
  • Administer internal people data platform
  • Manage travel expenses platform
  • Regulates all payments related to human resources and opening new vendors
  • Manage Travel organization platform

Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Provide administrative support during recruitment processes
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates when required
  • Support onboarding activities and employee integration processes
  • Prepare documents related to employee status changes
