We are searching for a new colleague within our HR team in Pančevo!

HR Administrator

Your tasks and responsibilities as HR Administrator:

  • Provide independent support to employees and HR team by performing a variety of administrative duties
  • Work on various HR specifics topics in collaboration with the wider HR team
  • Experience with creating company policies and ensuring legal compliance
  • Creating ad hoc reports
  • Prepare and support a broad variety of HR activities (i.e. contracts signing, on-boarding)
  • Maintain employee personal files through data base, archive and internal system
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting the payroll team by ensuring the employee data provided is accurate and compliant
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
  • Handle task-related internal and external correspondence

Your profile as HR Administrator:

  • University Degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification with relevant work experience minimum of 3 years
  • Knowledge of Serbian law is a must
  • Experience with HR software
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office – MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated personality with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Social competence and high level of empathy with good communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills
