Job Summary:
Delivers proactive support of HR Service Center (HRSC) and may provide services spanning payroll, benefits, staffing/onboarding, recognition, payroll, employee relations, and other transactions. Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes. Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists. Applies working knowledge and understanding of HR principles to assist team members, managers and customers.

What You Will Do:
- Provides support to management and employees of various Business Units in Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria
- Connects with internal customers to establish and maintain a high level of trust
- Owns entire recruiting process from job advertisement to selection of candidates
- Owns contract management including handling of contractual matters throughout the entire employment life cycle
- Provides guidance and consulting on the application of company policies
- Investigates performance or discipline related issues and makes recommendations
- Provides assistance and recommendations to managers on coaching and counselling process and termination procedures
- Conducts and documents exit interview process where required
- Escalates labour law cases requiring legal advice to the Service Delivery Centre (SDC) Lead at the European Headquarters
- Provides support to HR Business Partners and members of the Centre Of Expertise (COE) with specific initiatives or projects
- Ensures proper maintenance of employee data in HRIS systems (SAP R/3 and Workday) and personnel files
- Prepares payroll for the assigned countries to be processed by external payroll providers, checks payroll records and reconciles with Accounting
- Compiles monthly accruals for salaries and variable target bonus and provides the relevant journal voucher to Accounting
- Calculates quarterly variable bonus achievements and actual bonus pay-out
- Supports fiscal year end compensation process calculation for assigned business units functions and supports regional/local execution
- May deliver standardized HR related training and orientation programs
- Participates in HR projects
Key Skills Required
- Communicative skills
- Knowledge of the basics of written business communication
- Team work orientated
- 5+ years experience on positions responsible for human recourses
- Legal education and relevant work experience are considered an advantage
- Knowledge of English language, C1 level
