HR Analytics Expert

Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented HR Analytics Expert to join our HR team and drive data-informed decision-making across all people-related processes.

This role will play a key part in strengthening our HR analytics capabilities, with a strong focus on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and performance insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports and regular management presentations.
• Analyze HR data and trends related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, productivity and other key people metrics.
• Participate in annual HR budgeting processes, including workforce cost planning and cost monitoring.
• Prepare forecasts and scenario analyses related to headcount, labor costs and organizational changes.
• Track HR-related expenses and provide regular variance analyses versus budget.
• Support workforce planning initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Define, monitor and improve HR KPIs and people metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across HR systems and reports.
• Provide analytical support for strategic HR projects and organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll and HR Business Partners on planning and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• University degree (Bachelor’s minimum).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR controlling, workforce planning or a similar analytical HR role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools is considered an advantage. (Power BI, Power Query)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large data sets and translate numbers into meaningful insights.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach.
