Position: HR Assistant

We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join our growing team in Serbia.

Job Description

• Performing work related to the creation, modification, and termination of employment contracts;
• Preparation of documentation and application for visas and permits for foreign employees;
• Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
• Take care of leaves and working hours (annual leave, sick leave, overtime, etc);
• Support in calculating salary, overtime, and bonuses;
• Assist in activities related to recruiting and hiring new colleagues;
• Communication with local suppliers and services to procure office supplies, food, and other necessities.

Requirements

• University degree;
• Fluency in English;
• Previous working experience in similar jobs for minimum 1 year;
• Advanced MS Office package user;
• Responsible and organized
