We are looking for: Human Resources Assistant – on site position

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee timekeeping records
• Assist with recruitment by identifying candidates and performing reference checks
• Support both the onboarding and separation process for employees
• Ensure timely execution of performance evaluations for all new and existing employees
• Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Schedule meetings, interviews, or HR events
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Your responsibilities would be:

• Must have strong written and verbal English language fluency
• Be able to construct clear and professional messages in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exposure to labor laws and employment regulations
• Effective HR administration skills
• Understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
