For our client KLEEMANN LIFTOVI d.o.o., member of the international KLEEMANN GROUP, one of the major lift companies in the European and global market, we are searching for motivated candidates for the position of HR Assistant.

Candidate profile:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an organized HR Department
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office and 365 Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Trustworthy and discreet

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Supervisor
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Job posting and support of recruitment procedure
  • Act as the liaison between HR and employees by ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions
  • Assist in implementing Group policies and procedures and creating documents
