HR Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible HR Associate to join our HR team. The role focuses on recruitment, employee administration, and support for daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and communication with applicants.
• Cooperate with recruitment agencies and the National Employment Service
• Coordinate onboarding and prepare documentation for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports, staffing overviews, and other HR reports in Excel.
• Communicate with employees and departments regarding HR matters
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• University or college degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment and HR administration is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Serbian labor legislation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently and within a team.
