HR Business Partner

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with leaders and employees across the organization, translating business needs into practical people solutions. You will combine a strong understanding of the business with sound HR judgement to strengthen leadership, support change, and create a consistent and positive employee experience.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted partner to managers, offering practical guidance and support across a broad range of people and organizational topics.
• Build strong relationships across the business and develop a clear understanding of operational priorities, challenges, and workforce needs.
• Promote consistent and effective people practices by supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Guide leaders on employee relations matters, performance, development, engagement, and organizational topics, in line with company standards and local legislation.
• Use HR data and relevant workforce insights to identify trends and support well-informed business decisions.
• Contribute to workforce planning, talent and succession discussions, and initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Support organizational change and organizational development activities, helping leaders and employees navigate change effectively.

• Participate in or lead local and cross-functional HR projects focused on simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or comparable role, ideally in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and core HR practices, with the ability to apply them pragmatically and consistently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to advise, challenge, and influence constructively.
• A business-oriented and hands-on mindset, combined with strong judgement, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and remain effective in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP or another HR information system is an advantage.
