HR Business Partner

For our client, an international company with a strong presence in Serbia, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and support business performance through effective people strategies and HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior and line management to understand business priorities and translate them into practical people plans and HR initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and key employee lifecycle decisions.
• Drive core HR processes, including performance management, employee engagement, development planning, and compensation review, in line with business needs and company standards.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, team effectiveness, organizational changes, and the consistent application of HR policies and practices.
• Use HR data and business insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and improve organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable generalist HR role, ideally within an international or complex organization.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Broad knowledge of core HR areas, including workforce planning, performance and talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and employment practices.
• Strong business acumen, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, proactive, and energetic, with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
