We are looking for an experienced HR Busines s Partner to work closely with our Head of HR on shaping and implement ing people strategy across the organization. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and suppor t the development of people, leadership capabilities, and HR practices.

- Work closely with the Head of HR as a strategic partner, shaping the development and implementation of the company’s HR s trategy and key HR initiatives.
- Act as a s trategic HR partner to management, providing guidance on people management, HR policies, and labor law matters.
- Partner with busines s leaders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Analyze HR data and workforce insights to identify organizational needs and propose solutions that support busines s goals.
- Develop and implement the performance management system and support managers in goalsetting, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Lead talent management and succession planning processes, including identification of high-potential employees and development of talent pipelines.
- Design and support employee development initiatives, including competency assessments, development plans, and leadership development programs.
- Facilitate talent and development discussions with business leaders and support career development processes.
- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Support initiatives related to employer branding, corporate culture, and employee engagement.
- Provide HR support to managers in complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and other HR-related issues.

- University degree.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partnering or HR development role.
- Strong knowledge of HR proces ses and labor law.
- Experience in performance management, talent development, or organizational development.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into HR insights.
- Excellent communication and s takeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading HR initiatives and crossfunctional projects.
- Advanced MS Office skills and fluency in English.
