Mobi banka is hiring! We are looking for HR Data Analyst, person who will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics and apply this data on design, deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training
  • Implementation of scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle
  • Managing HR budget and expenses
  • Performing employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations
  • Collection and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labour statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources
  • Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Preparing reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Identifying and recommending reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
  • Based on metrics and analysis, making recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance
  • Design and manage employee surveys and exit interviews
  • Analyzing competitor’s practices and make recommendations to management
  • Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems

For the good start you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits with ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software
