We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead, build, and scale the company’s Human Resources function. As a strategic partner to executive leadership, this individual will shape people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and develop the HR infrastructure needed to support continued business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has already successfully led a complete HR function and can operate at both strategic and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete HR function, including strategy, operations, and execution
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on people strategy and organizational priorities
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention
- Drive leadership development, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Manage the HR budget, external vendors, HR systems, and HR analytics
- Provide executive reporting and data-driven recommendations to support business decisions

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 5 years leading a complete HR function or working as an HR Director, Head of HR, or in an equivalent leadership role
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership
- Proven ownership of the full HR lifecycle
- Experience managing HR teams, budgets, systems, and external vendors
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, talent strategy, performance management, and compliance
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hight emotional intelligence and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-pace environment
Titles may vary by company, but candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have already operated at this level of responsibility and independently owned the outcomes of an HR function.
