HR Generalist - Maternity Cover

Job Description

• Ensuring adequate and timely talent acquisition via coordinating external providers and working independently on selection process 
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for assigned job positions
• Supporting the process of identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions
• Supporting employer branding activities
• Ensuring compliance with labor law and regulations 
• Maintaining employee records (HR cycle administration)
• Supporting performance review process and ensure regular tracking system
• Supporting company strategic objectives and promoting company values
• Supporting all on-boarding, probation periods and off-boarding processes
• Supporting people development through learning and development interventions in line with business-employee needs
• Supporting design of HR objectives and systems to provide regular reports on HR performance
• Gathering people data and insights to provide actionable measures and improve employee experience
• Participating in HR initiatives and projects in line with the business strategy
• Working closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to ensure HR excellence

Job requirements

• University degree, desired in the field of Psychology / Economics
• Professional experience in a similar position with focus on recruitment and selection process
• Experience in using HRIS
• Advanced communication and relationship management skills
• Conversational level of English language knowledge
