HR Generalist - Temporary position

Your job

• Participating in the recruitment process 
• Participating in hiring process
• Managing the pre-employment process
• On-boarding process participation, conduction Onboarding session
• Responsible user for PA,PT, ISS SAP module
• Responsible for data entry process and reporting in compliance with ZG standard, work in CROSO system
• Updating employee records in the HR systems(promotions, terminations, vacations)
• Managing pre-employment process
• Maintaining the employee files according to local regulations
• Scanning personal documents, archiving, responsible for signing
• Participating in pay roll activities

Your profile

• 2 years of experience in HR, an advantage will be experience in international, multicultural environment with matrix organization
• Fluent in English
• University degree in HR related fields
• Capable to work independently, flexible, self-motivated, taking initiatives and drive for results
• Very good knowledge of local labor legislation
• Excellent Communicator and team-player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Very good data processing and IT skills
