HR Learning and Development Specialist

We are looking for an HR Learning and Development Specialist who will play a key role in developing people, performance, and leadership.

Your key responsibilities:

• Managing Learning & Development activities and development programs in line with business needs and the Hansgrohe CAMPUS philosophy
• Actively leading SPPL and performance management processes (goal setting, performance evaluation, development discussions)
• Developing and fostering a strong feedback culture in collaboration with leaders and teams
• Analyzing learning needs and designing trainings, workshops, coaching sessions, and development initiatives
• Improving the onboarding process and supporting employee competency development
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and educational institutions

Your profile:

• University degree (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Good command of the English language
• Strong MS Office skills
• Familiarity with Learning & Development tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A passion for learning, development, and people growth
