Job Description
Your Mission
As an HR Location Partner - People & Engagement within the Local Operations Team, part of the Central Services Business Unit, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and acting as a trusted partner to employees, line managers, and HR stakeholders. You will support employees throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience, while bringing creativity and a proactive mindset to drive meaningful initiatives aligned with our broader goals and mission.
Join our dynamic team, located in six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity thrives. Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and keep learning and growing.
Specifically, you will work on:
- Creating strong, trusted relationships with employees and managers, supporting them throughout their journey in the company and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborating closely with managers to develop people-focused approaches aligned with business priorities, while defining and implementing change management frameworks during organizational shifts and digital transformation initiatives
- Designing and bringing to life creative concepts for local events and initiatives that strengthen company culture, connection, and collaboration driven by research, feedback and insights
- Leading performance and development processes, including goal setting and annual reviews; Supporting compensation processes (e.g. merit cycles) and guiding managers through key decisions
- Fostering a culture of open and continuous feedback, supporting managers and employees in building strong feedback practices
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and supporting recruitment during peak periods; Continuously improving onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies in close collaboration with the Local Operations Team

Qualifications
Your Background & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as HR Partner, Talent Manager, or similar people-focused role, ideally within the IT or fast-paced tech company, international or matrix environment
- Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, or culture programs that positively impact employee satisfaction and retention
- Experience in supporting managers in performance reviews, feedback culture, succession planning, and development conversations
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and performance management as well as solid understanding of local labor law
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition

- Confidence in navigating employee relations topics and supporting managers in day-to-day people challenges
