HR Manager

Due to its constant growth our client is seeking for its
HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for employees' relations, labor management and will be a business partner with the regional team to drive business results through the company' HR processes
Main responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of staffing, including posting and screening resumes, conducting initial candidate interviews, and facilitating reference and background checks and offer letters
- Administers and maintains employee pay program, including coordination of the annual pay review process
- Recommends position salary grade assignments and employee classifications/position titling
- Administers and recommends changes to maintain a competitive employee's benefits program, including employees' enrollment. Serves as a liaison to external vendors and periodically evaluates the effectiveness of contracted vendor service delivery
- Coaches employees and managers on staff development opportunities to address both performance deficiencies and advancement opportunities
- Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors on goal and objective setting.
- Develops, coordinates and facilitates basic staff training initiatives and programs. Schedules and makes logistical arrangements to hold in-house training sessions
- Coordinates all employee relations functions, including, policy management, staff issue resolution and compliance to mandated rules and regulations
Other tasks - strategic leader adviser:
- Participate in the development and assessment of the business strategy to identify communication opportunities and needs
- Develop communication plans and strategies for more complex business issues
- Assess changing circumstances in order to provide communication support and counsel and drive organizational change as appropriate. Build credibility for the communication function with key business partners
- Develop position statements on a wide range of critical business issues. Assist senior management on manager/supervisor-level communications
- Balance the diverse interests and viewpoints of various partners
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong Business Acumen
- Excellent English, both written and spoken, and oral communication abilities
- Excellent experience in proactively managing employee relations
- Extremely strong influencing and communication skills
- A high degree of motivated self-starter
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to envision and implement change
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent creative skills
- Experience in Telecom or IT Company would be a plus
