HR Manager

Ten Eight d.o.o. is a leading logistics and transportation company with offices in Belgrade, Serbia, and Alsip, IL, USA.

We know a thing or two about finding the right route. Now we’re looking for an HR Manager who knows how to navigate people, performance, and culture — without missing an exit.

You’ll take the wheel of our HR operations — strengthening employee relations, developing and improving HR policies and programs, supporting our teams, and helping create a workplace built for the long haul.

We’re looking for someone proactive, energetic, and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have advanced English proficiency and a relevant educational or professional background in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate databases, interviews, selection, and new-hire integration
• Oversee employee relations and engagement, monitor satisfaction, address HR inquiries, and foster a positive workplace culture
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and internal regulations aligned with company goals
• Manage performance evaluation systems, employee development, training programs, and performance reporting
• Ensure consistent policy compliance and manage disciplinary procedures and other employee-related HR decisions
• Maintain accurate personnel records, employee databases, and HR documentation, including contracts, notices, agreements, and resolutions
• Coordinate payroll and employee-related information with Accounting, including attendance, absences, sick leave, expenses, and employee requests
• Coordinate HR matters related to Occupational Health & Safety and other internal requirements
• Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees, management, and relevant business partners
• Ensure all HR administration, reporting, and documentation is completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
• Previous experience in the US trucking industry preferred
• Ability to work on-site — Belgrade office, 2nd shift
