JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an HR Organizational Development Specialist who is both strategic and hands-on.
You will design and deliver business development workshops, organizational modules, HR systems, and leadership frameworks for SMEs - supporting them in growth, scaling, and transformation.
Your expertise will directly impact the performance, culture, structure, and long-term sustainability of client organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate diagnostic sessions, audits, and strategic surveys to identify performance gaps and development needs.
- Support and Lead workshops on key HR and organizational topics:
- Leadership & communication
- Talent management
- Hiring & retention
- Team scaling & development
- Organizational structure & culture
- Build organizational business modules tailored to various industries.
- Coach business owners and managers through change, growth, and transformation.
- Deliver consulting projects from organizational design to implementation.
- Shape internal innovation by developing strategies aligned with market trends.
- Support skills development and capability building within client teams.
- Bring new ideas, improve existing programs, and drive continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Learning & Development Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Broad HR expertise across:
- Organizational development
- Recruitment & talent management
- Learning & development
- Leadership & culture building
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capability.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Solid project management and change management skills.
- Systems thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and execution discipline.
- Fluency in English is required.
