Responsibilities
- Participates in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly employee cost forecasts.
- Maintains records and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) at the department level.
- Monitors and controls the company's headcount and provides information regarding the approved hiring plan.
- Provides support to other users of the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure its effective and efficient use.
- Prepares regular and ad hoc reports in accordance with the needs of other departments.
- Participates in various HR projects by providing relevant data, analyses, and reports.
- Maintains required records and prepares reports as requested by the HR Manager, in the required format and content.
- Ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal standards related to occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection, and proposes measures for continuous improvement.
- Performs other duties related to the above responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
