HR Specialist

On behalf of our Client, a reputable international wholesale company in FMCG industry, Adecco is looking for business-minded, reliable, and positive person as a candidate at the position of HR Specialist in Belgrade

Role Scope

• The HR Specialist is a part of HR Team and reports to the Head of HR Balkans. 
• The role has a focus on the following activities: Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Training, Performance Evaluation, and Internal Communication; in the following countries: Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria. The HR Specialist also supports the Head of HR in managing all activities related to the People & Talent agenda.

Main activities

• Be a trusted point of reference for employees in all Balkans countries
• Support the Head of HR in the creation of the HR strategic agenda and its implementation
• Manage recruitment processes for new employees
• Coordinate the annual performance evaluation process
• Coordinate the annual talent and potential evaluation process
• Coordinate individual development plans and related activities 
• Manage training plans and coordinate delivery to employees
• Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement activities
• Contribute to the management of S&R activities, climate analysis and social reporting

Role requirements

• University degree
• 2-3 years of experience in HR roles in international companies
• Knowledge of recruitment, talent, performance or training processes
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
• Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to expand to generalist role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• High active listening skills
• Authentic and assertive communication
• Ability to structure new processes
• Ability to analyze and plan
• Highly confidential with an ability to create trust
